Microsoft Introduces Copilot Hub in Microsoft Paint

If you’re currently using Windows 11 along with the latest version of Microsoft Paint, you might have noticed the Copilot icon within the app.

This feature, known as the Copilot Hub, offers various AI-powered tools such as Image Creator, Generative Erase, and Remove Background. These features were highlighted in previous articles when they were first introduced in Microsoft Paint.

Essentially, the Copilot option serves as a bridge between users and the AI features within Copilot. For instance, Generative Erase allows you to remove objects while filling the background, and Remove Background helps you eliminate clear backgrounds—both incredibly useful tools for users.
However, for the Image Creator feature, a Microsoft 365 subscription is required. Without it, users will see prompts to choose a suitable subscription plan.

The Copilot option is available in Microsoft Paint version 11.2412.311.0 or newer. Ensure you’re using this version on Windows 11 24H2, as reports indicate this feature is gradually rolling out to all users.
In summary, the Copilot Hub is highly beneficial, making AI-related features more accessible. What’s your take on it? Share your thoughts in the comments below.
