Copilot Vision Now Available Beyond Pro Users!

Last year, Microsoft was reportedly developing Copilot Vision and launched this feature for Copilot Pro users in the United States. Copilot Vision is an enhanced capability of Copilot that allows it to understand, analyze, and provide descriptions or information related to images uploaded by users. Copilot Vision was initially introduced in a preview version on October 1, 2024, through the Copilot Labs program for Pro users. The feature was then widely released on March 19, 2025, with several updates and improvements.
Interestingly, the Copilot Vision feature is now said to be available to all users, not just Copilot Pro subscribers. However, this feature currently functions exclusively in the United States.

Additionally, Copilot Vision will not only be accessible on Microsoft Edge but will also be available on Copilot for Windows 11, offering users greater flexibility in utilizing the feature.

Overall, the Copilot Vision feature proves highly beneficial, particularly for those seeking information about uploaded images. For instance, if you share a photo of food, Copilot Vision can help identify and describe the dish. Similarly, uploading a landscape photo allows Copilot Vision to provide a detailed description of the scene.
With its availability for free users (not just Pro subscribers), this feature becomes significantly advantageous for a broader audience.
Unfortunately, the feature is currently limited to the United States, so many cannot experience it yet. Have you tried it? Share your thoughts in the comments below.
